T & T Homes of Florida came to Reciprocal Consulting to help them sell 107 vacant building lots in Florida. Reciprocal set the website up using Mambo Open Source Content Management System. This enabled the owners to log-in to the site themselves and change property listings quickly and easily.
Reciprocal initiated an Adwords campaign in January, 2006, that optimized targeted traffic flow to the site. Reciprocal regulates traffic to the site on a daily basis depending on the budget allocated by T&T. Their website is structured so that they can test special offers on their front page and can receive email form requests for more information.
Reciprocal also set up T&T Homes with a toll free tracking number to count leads that come in from the site. While lead flow has been weak since the campaign was initiated, we suspect this has more to do with pricing issues than a deficiency in the web marketing mix. Reciprocal carefully monitors the site's hit counter and log files to make sure there are no fraudulent clicks coming in.
